Part of the excitement of the Neustar project was that they would be the first and primary tenant in a new building in the iconic Foundry Square complex in San Francisco. Added to the mix was the concept that two design firms would be working together to create the interior environment. Our task was to keep in close communication with both since issues of consistency and installation would be impacted by each designer’s contribution. MASH studios with their fine eye toward design and engineering were called on to create the approximately 600 workstations. Multiple changes in the construction schedule caused the whole project to be pushed out further than initially expected. By remaining flexible and pro-active we prepared ourselves for whatever was in front of us. As with all of our clients we aimed to spot any issue before it became an issue. And as importantly we communicated with everyone in advance.
And in the end the interior space was indeed as awe inspiring as the building itself.
