The Formula for Success
Ours is a clearly defined process with team involvement at every step. Expect clear communication, efficient transactions and a simpler way to work. We’ll oversee your project using our proven formula for success.
1 | Discover
We launch your project with an information gathering session. Your workplace and business needs are the focal point of this meeting. The Project Principal listens to your needs in order to define the project scope in precise detail.
2 | Strategize
A team of CRI specialists is assembled based on your specific project needs. Typically, it includes a Corporate Account Manager, Designer, Estimator, Project Coordinator and Field Project Manager. It might also include our Architectural & Design Manager or Product & Installation Resource Specialist.
3 | Manage
Your Corporate Account Manager is your liaison with the CRI internal team; the one who guides you through the pre-order phase and decision-making for on-time, on-budget success. Once product is ordered, the Corporate Account Manager leads project team members through a seamless delivery and installation.
4 |Create
In the design & development phase, your Designer provides a complete set of drawings based on your project specifications. The Designer provides practical and creative options for space planning, adjacencies of departments, work zones, filing needs and more. Two- and three-dimensional “typicals” are created to expose every detail that will impact final product selection and approval. Your Designer then finalizes the specifications and provides them to your team’s Estimator.
5 | Procure
Your Estimator meticulously gathers product-related information and prepares a cost estimate for product and installation. The Estimator manages proposal development in collaboration with your Corporate Account Manager, who keeps one eye on your budget. The final proposal is presented to you for review and approval.
6 | Expedite
The Project Coordinator monitors the status of your furniture order once it is placed, acknowledging product, generating status reports and tracking the trucks for delivery. Your Project Coordinator is the central link between the manufacturers, your project team, your product, and you.
7 | Build
Your Field Project Manager oversees activity from the moment the trucks arrive onsite and your furniture is unloaded and prepped for installation. Your FPM manages the installation schedule and directs the crew with the goal of a “punch-free” job and your overall satisfaction.
8 | Celebrate
After a thorough walk-through of your new space, we like to take a moment to celebrate with you a successful project and partnership.
